Full-time Clinical Academic Radiation Oncologist Position

The Department of Oncology, Division of Radiation Oncology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry at Western University, in partnership with the Verspeeten Family Cancer Centre at London Health Sciences Centre, invites applications for two full-time Clinical Academic Radiation Oncologist positions.
Successful candidates will establish an active clinical practice and be appointed as either a Clinical Researcher or Clinical Teacher under Schulich Medicine & Dentistry’s Academic Role Categories (ARC). Candidates are expected to pursue a strong academic career and contribute to the Division’s clinical, research, and educational missions, including teaching and supervision of undergraduate medical students, postgraduate trainees, and fellows.
Applicants must hold an MD or equivalent, be certified or eligible for certification in Radiation Oncology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (or equivalent), and be eligible for licensure in Ontario. Teaching experience, research productivity, scholarly impact, collaboration, and clinical trial involvement will be considered. Candidates must demonstrate excellence in communication, professionalism, teamwork, health advocacy, and adaptability.
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience and includes a provincial alternate funding plan and academic support.
