RAZCER Program
The RAZCER award was a $125,000 grant program for research to evaluate the interaction of novel molecules with radiotherapy. The RAZCER grant helped researchers identify molecular tumor cell radiosensitizers, biomarkers associated with radiosensitizers, and molecular normal tissue radioprotectors. RAZCER allowed CARO members to maintain leadership and excellence in this important area of research with the hope that ultimately, clinical outcomes for patients will be improved.
