CROF Fun RUN/WALK – 5K on the Rideau Canal - GO for RO! - Friday, September 14, 2012 at 6:00 AM (run / walk begins at 6:15 AM)

The run starts across from the Westin on the canal, right before the Mackenzie King bridge.

It continues along the canal, under the Pretoria St. bridge , turning around at Herridge St. and returning back the same way.
The finish line is the same as the start line!
