Abbott Laboratories

Abbott Laboratories has partnered with CARO since 2001 in providing funding for prostate cancer research, via the Abbott CARO Uro-Oncologic Radiation Awards, or ACURA.  As of January 2010, $1.8 million in funding has been provided to support various research projects.  Members from across CARO's five regions have benefitted from this funding opportunity.
